Our workshops are designed to be a great resource for your church, school, workplace, or community group. We look forward to connecting with you and providing valuable resources from the areas of focus listed below.
Workshops are educational presentations, usually one to two hours in length, led by a professional therapist, that provide basic information and introduce skill building techniques related to a particular mental health modality and/or clinical practice topic.

Support groups are small, confidential support units, lasting four to six sessions, led by a mental health professional. Participants with similar experiences learn various psychoeducation topics, coping strategies, how to process their feelings, and much more.
Our support groups are held on sight at our offices throughout the year, or can be hosted at your church or office. For more information, fill out the contact form below.
