Crystal Murphy, MCC, LCMHCA
Crystal Murphy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. While working in corporate, her approachable nature made people feel comfortable and welcomed. Crystal was the go-to person for others’ work and life challenges. She is that person people shared their life’s ups and downs with. In her, they found an empathic good listener with humor.
Before joining Agapé, she completed a Masters in Christian Counseling, Clinical Mental Health at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Now with her life experiences, she is able to marry her empathic and great listening skills alongside her faith with education giving her the tools to help clients meet their goals.
Crystal enjoys working with women, teens, and blended families as well as pre-married and early married couples. She loves working with young children using Child-Centered Play Therapy. She has experience with anger management, anxiety, depression, faith and spiritual issues, grief, peer relationships, relationships issues, self-esteem, women issues, work life balance and trauma.
Crystal believes in traveling with her clients to support them to see the silver lining in their cloudy days. She is committed to assisting to bridge the gap between painful moments, lessening the feelings attached to the memories and in helping to build their confidence and self -esteem to be less hampered so they can move forward toward a better trajectory in their life.
